How can I make changes in my Brand Lift setup ?
If you wish to modify or delete your Brand Lift, you can, but under certain conditions. Please keep in mind that once the answers collection has started, it is not possible to modify or delete your Brand Lift.
How can I update my Brand Lift set up ?
Once you’ve created your Brand lift, before or after submitting it, you can modify :
The elements in the Configuration tab
The elements in the Media Plan tab
The boosts
⚠️ Keep in mind that if you make any changes in a submitted Brand Lift, it will be put back in draft and will have to be submitted again.
⚠️ If you’re using a retargeting pixel, you still can change the creative on the platform, but make sure the pixel is embedded correctly into the new one.
You cannot modify :
The selected KPIs
Create a custom template or add additional KPIs. If you want to do so you’ll have to create another one.
Can I modify the Brand Lift title ?
No, not at the moment.
Can I modify the measurements titles ?
Yes, you can. That way, each measurement will be easier to distinguish in the Brand Lift and on the Homepage.
In the Media tab, add your channels and customize their titles. You can precise the media, the publisher, etc.
Who can delete or update a Brand Lift ?
Admin users can modify/delete any Brand Lifts.
Members can only modify/delete their own Brand Lifts.
How can I delete a Brand Lift ?
You can delete any Brand Lift as long as the answers collection has not started. Go to your Home page, find your Brand Lift and click on the options “...”’ > delete.
⚠️This action is irreversible.
💡 When you delete a submitted Brand lift, the deducted measurement is automatically re-credited to your balance.
