# I don’t have 100k unique users, what can I do ?

You’ve launched your BL but the 100 000 unique users requirement is not reached before answers collection starts. 

## With exposure data : batch or pixel

We could not reach the 100k UU required. It can be explained by : 

* Not enough [IDFAs or IP addresses](https://support.happydemics.com/launch/exposure-data/how-to-add-my-exposure-data/id-batch) provided in the setup
* The campaign impressions were too little
* The campaign budget wasn’t significant enough
* We did not get consent from the users
* Our pixel is not[ certified on publishers](https://support.happydemics.com/launch/exposure-data/how-to-add-my-exposure-data/pixel-retargeting/pixel-availability-across-publishers)

In those cases we will use the data you already provided and we’ll do our best to find respondents. But you should expect your reports to be **delivered late**.

Keep in mind that we always have the possibility to switch to the ad recall methodology in order to find respondents. Since it doesn’t require any exposure data, we’ll still be able to find ad recallers and deliver your results.&#x20;

## Without exposure data

Without exposure data, we’ll solely rely on [ad recall](https://support.happydemics.com/methodology/brand-lifts-by-happydemics/why-do-we-prioritize-ad-recall) in order to find respondents and no minimum impressions are expected in the setup. But make sure on your end that :&#x20;

* The campaign reached enough impressions
* The campaign budget is significant to reach 100k UU
* Your targeting is accurate <br>
