# Media Insertion Standards

To make sure your creative is uploaded without a hitch, please check that your file meets these requirements:

#### **Supported file types**

* Images: .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif
* Audio: .mp3, .mp4, .wav
* Video: .mp4

#### **Video guidelines**

* Maximum length: 30 seconds
* File size: Up to 5MB
* Format: Only MP4 is supported

#### **Image and GIF guidelines**

* File size: Up to 1MB

**Size optimization tool :** You can upload heavier files for videos and images : up to **15MB**. The platform will automatically reduce the size to **5MB**.

#### **Tips if your file won’t upload**

Don’t worry : here are a few quick adjustments you can try if your file doesn't meet the requirements:

* Convert the video to a GIF
* Shorten the video duration
* Adjust playback speed
* Compress the file size
* Slightly reduce the video quality

These changes are easy to make with free online tools like Convertio, Ezgif, or similar—especially for short videos.
