# Who are our respondents?

At Happydemics, we don’t rely on traditional survey panels. Instead, our surveys are shown in place of digital ads to people browsing on their smartphone, tablet, or computer—no sign-ups, no panels, just real people.

This approach helps us reach a wide and constantly renewed audience of respondents who are **fresh, unbiased, and genuinely interested** in giving their opinion. It also allows us to maximize the number of respondents even with a limited number of impressions **(minimum 100K)**. Because they’re not professional survey takers, their answers tend to reflect more spontaneous and authentic reactions.

**In short: anyone can become a Happydemics respondent!**

To better understand the experience from the respondent's point of view, take a look at this short video. It shows how our questionnaire appears, in this example, when someone opens a mobile app.
