The Brand lift report is only available on the Happydemics platform, and is dynamically designed to adapt to your needs. It features 3 customization options:

## Report preferences at organisation level

Admin can customize reports settings at the organization level so every future report aligns with team's needs and preferences. These settings will be applied **by default for all futures reports.**

**Go to your Profile icon > Organization > Preferences > Report default settings**, and customize your reports.

{% hint style="success" %}
You'll be able to access the global settings from each BL report as well.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Keep in mind it is still possible to adjust settings **for a specific report only,** without changing the organization defaults, Admin and Members can do so directly at report level : ***Settings icon > Report tab.***
{% endhint %}

## Report customization at Brand Lift level

### Change benchmark and target

The benchmark and media target can be changed in the report by clicking on "Edit". You can choose whether or not to display this information in the PDF report.

The benchmark and media target can also be changed in the "Results" section. The report will be automatically updated with the new information selected. These will also be displayed in the PDF export.

### Add comments

Add comments to each slide of the report. This enables you to share your feedback, opinions or comments on the results. These comments will be visible to all users who will read the report, as well as in the PDF export. The author's name and organization are listed below the comment.

### Add a recap slide

An optional slide can be added at the end of reports for you to recap the overall performance of the campaign. Hidden by default, it can be activated in the report’s settings by clicking on "Edit".

### Add the Audience graph breakdown

The **Audience Graph** has been divided into two separate slides: **Performance by Age Group** and **Performance by Gender**. These slides have been added to the default report, directly after the overall performance slide.

**In the report**

Both slides are displayed by default, but they can be removed independently if needed.

For the **Performance by Age Group** slide, it is also possible to choose whether to **group age ranges or display them separately**.

**At the organization level**

It is possible to **enable or disable the “Demographic breakdown” section**, which includes both the age and gender slides, across all reports within the organization.

### Add questions and answers details

Reports can include **question-level details for each KPI**, providing deeper insights into respondent answers.

{% hint style="info" %}
This feature is **disabled by default in the Organization level.**
{% endhint %}

**In the report**

Each detailed slide is positioned **immediately after its corresponding KPI slide**. KPI slides are labeled **“1/2”**, while the detailed slides are labeled **“2/2”**.

In each report, you can choose to **show or hide KPI detailed response slides**

{% hint style="warning" %}
When enabled, this applies to **all KPIs in the report**
{% endhint %}

**Organization settings**

Admins can choose to **enable or disable these slides at the organization level**
