What is the Insights feature?

Introduction

The Insight feature lets you benefit from analyses made by our team of Insight experts. You can access them directly on the platform, from your home page:

Trend Insights are analyses on all Brand Lifts made by Happydemics: global trends, KPI evolution, and topic-based analyses (on a selected medium, industry, goal, etc.). This type of content is published at least once a month.

Customized Insights are analyses of your performance. They may cover your results in relation to our benchmarks, from the best to worst campaigns, analyses of your strategic indicators, industries or advertisers, etc.

The frequency at which these customized insights are published depends on the number of measurements you've carried out: to provide you with tangible results, we need at least 10 to 15 completed Brand Lifts. The more measurements you launch, the more frequently we'll be able to make analyses: up to every two months!

Insights Reviews are not included in the Insight feature: they are dedicated and valuable calls with an Insight expert to share with you the latest trends in advertising, as well as an analysis of your performance.

Objectives

The Insight feature lets you define your objectives. We recommend setting between 3 and 5 goals while asking yourself the following questions: Why do you use Happydemics? What are you trying to measure? To understand? To prove?

Below are a few examples to help you:

  • Prove that DOOH is as effective as online media

  • Increase brand recall

  • Show that we are an outperforming player in luxury campaigns

  • Show that we provide enhanced value for Heineken campaigns

These goals are useful for Premium, Premium +, and Enterprise license users, as they enable us to provide customized analyses based on your needs.

Interaction and sharing

You can comment on each insight: whether to invite a colleague to read them, share your feelings, or let us know if you have any questions. We'll do our best to answer them as quickly as possible! And don't hesitate to let us know when an insight is particularly relevant to you, so that we can constantly improve and better serve you in the future!
