How to manage my account?

Learn how to change the language, invite teammates and so on

To set up your Happydemics account, click on the “Profile” button in the top right-hand corner of the home page. This section is divided into four tabs:

Information

You can modify the name of the organisation and add the billing details

Preferences

The Personal information section allows you to:

  • Upload a photo

  • Enter your login details (last name, first name, job position, and e-mail address)

  • Update your password

  • change your language - If you need to change the language, go to your Profile in the top right-hand corner. You’ll land in the Settings view, where you can select your preferred language.

    Please note that the platform is currently available in English and French only.

⚠️ Note: Passwords are personal and confidential. Happydemics does not have access to them. You can change your password in the Personal information section or on the login page by clicking “Forgot password”.

The Organization section can only be edited by an admin.

It includes the Name and Logo fields, which are displayed in your Brand Lift interactive reports.

Team

This section lists all individuals who have access to the organization.

Users can be invited from this page or by sending a registration e-mail. Only admins can change a member’s status.
